What is the solution of eating disorder, anorexia and bilemia?

What are people doing to slove the problem of eating disorder?

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION OF EATING DISORDER,ANOREXIA AND BILEMIA???

You get help from a doctor who knows what they are doing. Its hard to overcome, but people who are serious about getting better can.

The society are somehow responsible for eating disorders, stupid comments about weight and appearance may be one of many factors for why people develop an eating disorder. I also think it is the right way to go when they start to have a minimum BMI requirement in some sports and at some catwalks. This may prevent people from comparing themselves with a person that's unhealthy because of his/her low weight.

However, there is not much the society can do when a person have already developed an eating disorder. What's important then is to have a health care that offers a responsible treatment plan. The treatment plans differs from nation to nation, and unfortunately USA are one of the worst on this area, as people have a greater freedom to resist treatment, and because it might be expensive to get proper treatment. Some studies have proven that as many as 20% of people who suffer from anorexia nervosa in USA dies, while the number is only 1%-5% in Scandinavia, most likely because the treatment methods cost close to nothing, and force feeding is used more often as a treatment method in the most extreme cases of anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa.

Many people do not get treatment for their eating disorder, but for those who get, the solution is usually regularly talk with a doctor or dietitian and/or therapist and weight controls. The need of hospitalization also varies from country to country. It is not common that people who suffer from an eating disorder gets hospitalized in many European countries, though they usually hospitalize people who suffer from an eating disorder on an early stage. However, they seem to pick up the signs of an eating disorder earlier, and offer better treatment options. In countries with a western culture (usually increased amount of eating disorder) and an expensive health care for the individual as well as poor treatment options and a law that makes it more difficult to start force treatment including force feeding the number of hospitalizations are higher.

In my opinion, underweight that puts a persons health in any sort of danger should be "forbidden". By that I mean the person should join a treatment plan where doctors and dietitians create individual goals for how much weight the person should gain each week. A diet may also be used as a tool to better explain for the person what his/her body needs in order to achieve that goal. If the person fail to follow the required weight gain, he/she should be aware that force feeding will occur, to make sure the weight gain will happen in a way the doctors want no matter what. This is a way to take the responsible away from the anorexia, and let qualified people in the health care make decisions based on what's best for that person. If it's suspected that another disease is causing the malnutrition, the situation is different, and force feeding wont be necessarily in the same way as for people with eating disorders.

Bulimia. Not 'Bilemia'. Try using the 'check spelling' option once in a while.

Well, if someone is anorexic/bulimic, they should go to a psychologist or therapist. I bad cases, they might have to go into rehabilitation. If you mean a way to keep people from becoming anorexic/bulimic, we would need an entire culture upheaval to remove people's connection between beauty and thinness.

Concerning the people who are already ill, there's little we can do as a society. They must decide they want to change and find a method which works for them.
But as a society to prevent more and more developing there diseases we can stop putting so much emphasis on weight and appearance.

I had a friend who suffered from anorexia what helped her was counseling therapy love and support from the people around her without that love especially should would not be in the good state of health she is now

Do you mean how do people recover? With counseling and help from a nutritionist. btw it's spelled bulimia
