Is my eating disorder out of control? |
So I have been bulimic for about 10 years already but it's never been out of control. I never lost weight from it and I only binged and purged maybe once a month and sometimes not for months. but recently I have been purging everything I eat and using laxatives every day.I've lost 10-15 lbs already but I don't even think its necessarily to lose weight anymore I think its just a habit. Now when I eat I feel anxiety in my chest anticipating to purge. I weigh myself like10 times a day. Also I dont know if this is related but every night after I purge I am compulsed to rid every crevice of my body I go to the bathroom, blow my nose clean out my ears ect. Is this getting outta control yet? I don't even want to quit but I know it's bad for me. Is this normal behavior for an ED? I take vitamins at night and antacids for my teeth and try to stay hydrated so how bad could this possibly get? I'm not even skinny I'm like 128lbs Yes you're eating disorder has become severe and you must do something about it now whilst you are still conscious of the effect it is having on your body. Soon it will just be a habit and it will become dangerous. Yes, it is out of control. There are other things to consider when it comes to Bulimia. it kind of is out of control. |
