A good meal should leave you full enough not to want food. For example, have an even balance of protein and greens and few carbs should keep you full enough where you won't want to eat. If you eat alot of sugar and carbs you'll feel kind of hungry and forces you to eat. Also many people are dehydrated and confuse their thirst for hunger. So drink plenty of water. You probably don't have COE, your body is just telling you that you need more protein i understand your whole vegetarian because of animal cruelty but you do know alot of fatening foods come from animals some how (thats if you are bingeing on bad foods) Well if you really do have a BED...then you probably will need to get help. ED's are hard to fix.. even with therapy. But therapy will help. There is something in your life that is causing you to be like this.. something you probably don't know. You need to find the problem and fix it. I am sorry you are going through this :( stay away fromm foood |
