I want an eating disorder?


I know how that sounds. But I want to be skinny! Help, I already exercise but I eat too much refined sugar.

Nobody wants an eating disorder.
People can loose weight and look skinny without having to starve etc.

Follow these tips and you be losing weight in no time:
1. Drink lots of cold water.
2. Never eat in between meals.
3. YOU MUST AVOID ALL takeaway food, junk food, soft drinks(Pepsi max is ok), cakes, biscuits, ice cream, greasy, salty&fatty foods etc, at all costs.
4. Do some mixed exercises like pilates, cardio, sit ups etc for at least 1-2hrs each day.
5. Eat healthy and around 1200 calories at tops each day.

I'm not sure you do know how that sounds. Eating disorders are just that: disorders. They are unhealthy and stem from low self-esteem. People who suffer from eating disorders do not feel better about themselves after they loose the weight. It is great that you exercise, especially if you aren't over doing it. Try substituting sugary snacks for fresh fruit and almonds. This will satisfy your sweet tooth and the protein from the almonds will keep you going longer. Drink plenty of water and loose weight the healthy way.

Ok, not to be rude or anything, but why would you WANT an eating disorder? I totally understand wanting to be skinny, but you don't have to stop eating or anything to do it. Just eat lots of protein enriched foods, and fruit and vegetables, and run a lot. Everybody thinks I have an eating disorder, but I don't. I weigh 89 pounds, and I'm 5 foot 5 and a half. And its not fun when everyone starts telling you to eat. So keep eating, but eat healthy! There is NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING, wrong with eating. Sorry, I know I wasn't much help, but I just wanted to say something to hopefully stop you from having an eating disorder. Stay healthy and fit! =)

That is such an insult to ppl who do have an eating disorder and they wanna stop so bad and be normal. There lives are hell and you want an eating disorder? Like what they go through is nothing. You need psychological help. Go to a doctor.
And whoever's the ***** that gave me a thumbs down yo *** needs psychological help too. ****.....

So lay off the sugar! This is what we call self control. You DO NOT want an eating disorder...it messes up every part of your life, and you should be whipped with a wet noodle just for thinking it.

I am sorry,but you really don't want an eating disorder.What you want you want to do is to cut your sugar intake,maybe try eating fruit to try and curb your sweet tooth.

Eating disorders come with lots of complications. No one should "want" an eating disorder. If you want to be skinny, go on a diet. There are lots of different diets out there to choose from.

TRUST ME! you do not want an eating disorder!!! IT SUCKS.. i used to have one.
Just eat healthier.
make sure to eat lean meats and include fruits and vegis in your diet.

become all organic or restrict refined sugar from your diet, either way, keep eating...
