I have an eating disorder, please help?

first of all please dont be rude because i really do have a problem and i might not find it as funny as you did.

i cant stop eating, its sort of like bulimia, but not really because i'm not an emotional eater. and i know i should stop eating and i go on these diets and stuff, but i always end up eating too much. and i'm really fat and i just cant look at myself without disgust and dissapointment.
i also throw up after i feel like i ate too much which is pretty much everyitme i eat. and i dont know how this happened.

what should i do?
ps i dont eat any kind of meat.

You need to see a psychologist and a dietician. Both of these people will be able to help you through this. I have a sister that has been battling bulemia for 17 years. It's a nasty disease. What helped her was to attend Overeaters Anonymous (like AA for people who have eating disorders), getting psychological help (becuase there is a body image issue), and seeing a dietician who has helped her make the right choices in her foods and make sure she is supplementing if she does throw up.

She has been bulemic for so long that she automatically throws up after she eats. She has to take antinausea medication before she eats to prevent her from throwing up. She has health problems now too. It's really quite sad. Seek help now to prevent it from getting out of hand.

Best of luck to you!

There are many people who eat eat and eat without ever coming to a feeling of full stomach. You must consciously stop yourself from eating when it is not a time to eat. You also need to see a doctor to have a check up done to find the reason. People who are diabetic feel hungry even after eating food. I am not implying that you are one but a doctor would be a better person to check you on that.
Remember !!! too much of anything is always poison

I would speak to your doctor about this. You may have a combination of Binge Eating Disorder and Bullimia, and it's essential that you get it under control soon as it can be very damaging to your body. Also, consider some counselling. It sounds to me like your self-esteem isn't as high as it should be, and there are likely personal reasons for that. It always helps to talk to someone you can trust.

Bulimia isn't the most life-threatening form of eating disorders but you should still get Professional help immediately.

You are definitely not alone in this

First. Losing weight and stoping this habit is all a matter of willpower.

Do NOT, i repeat NOT throw up after your meal. It won't help you lose weight. Bulimia is VERY ineffective.

Second. Eat with people. It will make you monitor what you eat. Get a portion the same size as everybody else. You won't want to stuff yourself when people are watching. When you start to feel a little full STOP EATING.

Thirdly. Drink water a lot or chew gum. Consume something low calorie that will make you feel like you are eating...when in reality, you are not.

Fourthly. Just keep thinking about how eating makes you feel now and think about how much better your life could be if you ate normally.

Fifthly. Treat yourself sometimes. I don't mean overeat. I mean have something you crave and have it in a small quantity. It makes that time with that food that much more special because you don't have it often.

Sixthly. Try to keep yourself busy. It's especially good if you're doing something healthy and active. Go on walks or hikes or runs. Try to stay outdoors as much as possible because you don't have as much access to food. If you're having fun doing something else you won't even think about eating!

Seventh. Try preparing your own food from scratch. If you made some fatty foods from scratch you would see how bad it is for you and not want to consume it as much. There is something really nice about preparing a nice lean meal, seeing how good it is for you and then enjoying it.

GOOD LUCK!

You're a binge eater and I think you are likely bullemic as well, but I'm not a doctor. Talk to your parents and ask to be sent to a therapist who can help you sort yourself out.

see a doctor or dietitian as soon as possible to save your self

I would go get some help. Or tell someone close to you to help you out. I am kind of like you. I am not over weight or anything. I had 2 kids at a young age and my body doesn't feel the same to me, I think I am fat even though I'm not. I try not to eat very much and if I think I did each too much I will throw up. But I have something to keep me motivated not to....I have my kids and my boyfriend. You just need some support. Maybe find a workout buddy to keep eachother motivated. Because it's not healthy the way you are going.
