Eating disorder? I don't think so...?

I am not afraid of being fat, but people always tell me that they think I am anorexic because I don't eat much. Generally the only full meal I will have a day is dinner. If I bother with breakfast it's usually just coffee. This has gone on for about 11 months. I'm not asking whether this is healthy, I'm asking whether this counts as an eating disorder or not.

P.S. I am a 16-year-old female. I am 5'4 1/2" and I weigh around 123 lbs.

Another reason why I'm asking is because I only started this 11 months ago, and I'm always starving anyway, so it's not like I'm not eating because I'm not hungry.

no your fine... ED's are more of a mental thing... and your nt extreamly afraid of being fat and your not worrying about what your eating... you just naturally dont eat much... dont worry about it
plus your at a healthy weight for your age

Just because you don't eat a lot doesn't mean you have an eating disorder. If you had an eating disorder you wouldn't eat at all. You are also at a healthy weight so i wouldn't worry about it to much. But, if you are then consult your docter.

Your a healthy weight for your age and I wouldn't think that you have an eating disorder unless ou like refuse to eat.

no your fine if u mantain that weight .. its healthy.. your not even under weight. just make sure you feed your body enough protein and fruits. vegies every dayy!!
