Im Fat... Eating Disorder?


Hi
I am so sick and tired of being fat nothing works but throwing up or stop eating but i have a problem i have to eat school lunch bc if i dont my friends notice and start telling me oo u need to eat blah blah blah. So how do i hide my eatting disoder yet have my friends not say anything. I cant go to the restroom and throw up either bc they dont let u go to the bathroom rite after lunch. HELP!


No mean answers please and dont try to tell me 2 stop either.

i had the same thing happen to me.if i skipped lunch my friends would get on me like crazy. so what i did was i would bring my lunch in a brown bag and i'd never take the food out but instead let them see me ripping off peices of food from inside the bag and then just put the piece back in the bag. if that dosn't work then remember that you can throw stuff up a little while after you eat it not right away. like maybe 30 mins after so wait 'till class then go to the bathroom and throw up. email if u wanna talk. i know that eating disorders are hard to keep up on your own and if u need a little encourgement or something i'm here.(not to help u stop but to help u lose weight and stuff)

same here but i never managed to throw up. my sister is 14 and u know what happened with her eating disorder? (anorexia nerviosa) she is always cold, her hair is really falling off, her feet and hands are numb, her eyes are red, she cant sleep, has chapped lips, no energy, and cant sleep well. You should talk to your parents u want to lose weight, dont do the same mistake my sister made.

i've been trough an eating disorder and it was the worst experience ever.i bet you're already thin so please stop doing that.just go on a healthy diet that will mantain all the weight you've lost.

I'm not going to tell you to stop because it's bad for you or blah blah blah.
But you should stop because all that will do is make you fatter.

well i know you said no one say to stop but when your starving yourself your body goes into starvation mode and starts storing more fat. All your really losing is muscle and you could seriously die from it.

ok please don't do this to yourself its pointless it doesn't work as soon as you start eating agian your gonna gain all your weight back or your not gonna be able to digest food and your not gonna be able to stop throwing up after you eat

i was in the same boat- but i found that if you don't eat regularly, your body doesn't know when to expect more food, and stores rather than burns. storing is what you want to avoid. eat 3-5 small portioned, healthy meals, before 6 pm. the more you eat, the more you fuel your body, and burn more. thats where your start to exercise. eating before bed, you don't burn it off.
