Do any scenes for Grey's Anatomy involve eating disorders?

i remember an episode where there was an overweight woman who got sick and it turned out that she had anorexia and had lost a lot of weight, but was still big, so noone noticed for a while.

oh and another one where this skinny college student had a dodgy tummy tuck because her mum was obsessed with the idea of being thin.
