If you are able to recognize and stop doing certain things like the ribbon, then you don't have an eating disorder.. yet. It could turn into one that you cannot control.
If you are worried about becoming fat, then talk to a nutritionist. They can give you great advice on what kinds of foods to avoid.
Eat healthily. Fruits and veggies, lots of them. Both are really low in calories. So low in fact that some of them have no point value based on Weight Watchers.
Learn to love yourself the way you are. That is the first and most important step to recovery from an eating disorder and an awesome way to prevent one!

stop doing that to your self .you are you .why do you care if somebody thinks your to big, small .be you .noone can be you but you ..**** them all ...if you where on a corner had nothing do you think they would help you or be there for you 20 years from now???set your own course ..youll be smarter and happier in the long run

You sound like another idiotic girl who has allowed the desire to become thin turn into an eating disorder.

Seriously why are women so dumb?

you're ok thts common..but watcxh out. eating disorders are very subtle and start like that..then it gets a lot worse
