Whats the most effective way to lose weight with an eating disorder?


Ok I don't eat until aroung 6:00pm then I eat dinner and then I throw it up. I have soccer everyday 3:20 to 5:30 and we run a lot. If I'm gonna **** up my body I should lose as much weight as possible before someone stops me so what the most effective way? I have lost 25lbs already in 5 months... and no I am not one of those people who are skinny and don't need to lose any weight... I need to!

And the best way is starving....i have tried it and i droped a jean size in 2 weeks what i was very proud of tbh!
I drink a diet coke and a sald a day. And exercise for 2 hours.
But i think your diet plan is going fine if you have lost
25lbs in 5 months.

ok i'm no expert, i'm actually waiting for a reply to question that i posted. but i do know your gonna seriously damage your health doing what your doing!! You need to see someone about this and quick. It's not about F*****G up your body you could kill yourself doing this. You said before someone stops you, i dont think anyone could you sound way past that stage.

I seriously hope no one gives you advice on how to do this.
