If you had to choose between your significant other having an eating disorder or being obese, what would it be

I didn't have room to write anorexic or bulimic in place of eating disorders so just pretend I did.

Since I singled obesity out, it's common sense that I refer to eating disorders than it.

well, his father died from obesity-well, technically from his gastric bypass, but you get my point.
i think he would have a better chance of recovery from an eating disorder, this is a hard question in general though.
