I'm honestly really scared about going to visit my family...eating disorder relapse/horrible thoughts...help..

so everytime i visit my cousins or they visit me i become extremely more obsessed with calories, food, weight, and my body. i was hospitalized last year for an eating disorder and depression, and one factor would probably have been my cousins. they have the perfect bodies. i mean perfect. super skinny and flat stomachs. no fat on them.

and one of my cousins always would comment on how fat i was and how heavy i was. and that i shouldn't sit on my brother's lap bc i was so fat compared to her. okay, sorry i dont have the body of a 12 year old like she does. shes 16 now, and still so immature about this. she barely eats ANYTHING. i swear.
and lately i have been working out so hard 6 times a week, and eating 1200-1400 cals a day.

i have lost about 7 solid pounds, and i have toned up. but not nearly as much as i need to. i do pilates, the machines at the gym, and i run 3-4 miles.
i eat healthy and well balanced foods too.
vacation is on the 28th. how can i deal with her not eating

makin comments on how fat i am.
im currently 17, 5'5'', and 125 pds.
im about 4 inches taller than her too, so im definitely going to weigh more.
im just so scared of how much i'll restrict my eating when i'm around her and down there.

we're staying with her, so its not like i can eat when i leave her house...
what do i do..or what can i do to see a better improvement in this last week? thank you.

Just eat how you do now and stay as healthy as you can! if she says something like that you tell her you are who you are and if she doesn't like it that commenting on how "big you are" isn't getting her anywhere. but don't be mean about it. that just might start something not good. and it's not like you're big at all! and just try your best not to worry about what she is eating. that's all i can think of for you to do. goodluck with it!

You are perfectly healthy! She isn't!
Forget about her not eating, that's her problem!

honey, u r perfect! tell her "at least i aint anorexic like u!!"..plus, ure older so start a fight! lol..ure stronger and prettier and she just a fu*king ho!
