Today I ate a cup of blackbean soup and an apple and I feel like a fat pig, do I have an eating disorder? |
I feel so guilty about it because today I planned to only eat the 170 calorie soup, but then I had a craving for a macintosh apple, too. And I ate the whole thing! I feel so stuffed like I am about to puke. yeah, you're gross. you're new nick name is McBeany. i hope no one is standing behind you. I don't think you have an eating disorder, but the chances of getting one are high. Food is not evil and eating is a necessity. You can eat the right foods and not gain weight. Your focus is all wrong. Get the focus off your appearance and onto what is healthy and good for you. 1 cup of blackbean soup and an apple may be enough for you, but the reasons behind why you ate so little is the problem. The difference between eating healthy and eating healthy foods, but starving yourself is your intentions. It doesn't matter how fat or skinny you are at the moment. What matters is the kind of foods you are eating. If you eat fruit, veggies, and protein every day, you will lose weight if you need to. If you don't need to lose weight, then you will maintain a healthy weight. You are not a fat pig for eating what you ate. Sweet heart you need to straight out your ideas on whats good or bad. An apple is perfect so what if you were craving it, you ate it thats great. An apple is not going to make you fat and you had ONE cup of soup geez people today eat a lot more than 8 ounces of soup, try a whole bowl full! If you are feeling guilty over eating a normal size of food you may be on the verge of an eating disorder and you need to nip that in the bud before it gets worst. I am sorry to hear about it. My sister was like that too many years ago. IMO, you do have some type of eating disorder. My sister went to see a dietician who accepts her health insurance. I think that's the best way to go. Cure it before it spirals out of control. It sounds like you're either have one or you're on the verge of having one. Trust me, it's not worth it. If you eat that little everyday, I would say you had better get some help. Eat at least 1200 cal a day of healthy foods, you are not getting enough nutrients! dont worry...it will be fine...go for a 45 minute walk |
