How to become really skinny with out having a cyco eating disorder?

yeahhh queston explains all

Eating healthy and exercising.

Some people just are naturally skinny. It has to do with their metabolism, bone structure and muscle mass. Being really skinny could be an indication of a hyperactive thyroid, which isn't necessarily a good thing. If you eat healthy (5-10 servings of fruit and veggies a day, lean sources of protein, whole grain breads and cereals), and exercise moderately, you should be at a healthy weight. If you want low fat treats, especially for hot summer days, check out Breyers fat free ice cream. They also make individual ice cream cups that are 97% fat free, which are nice for portion control. Try to use vegetable oil cooking spray instead of pouring oil into a frying pan for stir-fried vegetables, scrambled eggs etc., and opt for low fat cheese instead of regular. But yeah, don't do anything extreme in order to get super skinny. Love your body and love yourself.

"Really skinny" as a life's goal is psycho, isn't it? Get a hobby, take up a sport, develop you mind and enjoy life.
Respect yourself and that means the body nature gave you.

Get plenty of cardio in and do some weight training so you can build muscle. Also eat lean proteins, fruits & veggies and drink plenty of water. Avoid processed foods. Good luck!
