Omg help me i have an eating disorder!!!!?

do not self medicate with alcohol,

I recommend, reducing fast food, candies, ice creams, and refined sugars, and increasing your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.

When you eat more apples, oranges, strawberries, watermelon, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, grapes, pears, peaches, grapefruit, honeydew melon,

and lettuce, tomatoes, beets, chick peas, black beans, artichoke, carrots, red cabbage, rhubarb, broccoli, spinach, yams, celery, and other vegetables, I promise you will feel a positive change in your body, more refreshed, and better mood.
