How do you get an eating disorder?

like anorexea.

it starts in two main ways.

first... an event or thought makes someone fell they need to control what they eat and they just so eating(not nessasarily to lose weight)

second...over time people try not to eat (often to lose weight) and they get so used to and begin to like how it feels to be untainted by food that it becomes harder to eat and easier to not eat.

most people dont choose to get it it just happens and even if they were trying to not it to lose weight it sometimes just goes out of control.

Eating disorders are not a diet or a choice. They're a life-desroying illness.
You're talking about a disease which you can't chose to have or control. It's not just a quick way to lose weight. If you're deciding to develop it then you're not anorexic or bulimic, you're just stupid.

Why not lose weight the healthy normal way like everyone else? Is your life really worth risking just to be thin? I doubt your family would see it that way if they lost you. There lives would be devastated just because you were too impatient to go on a diet.

There are two ways

1. (this happend to me) you start concentrating on the calories you eat when you are eating, you look in the mirror and you see a fat image even if your not fat. you start feeling guilty for eating.. you try and starve yourself..

2. you think its in fashion and its cool so you stop eating to look like the supermodels in magazines.

You can get them off ebay quite cheap.

dont eat.
And if you do, make sure you throw up.
then excercise excessively.

Sounds fun, doesnt it.

Don't eat for a week

starve urself
