Okay, so can you have an eating disorder without being the super skinny looking type? John Prescot Yes, definitely. Without a doubt you can, and there are more eating disorders than just the two most commonly know. In a personalities class in college we learned that over 75% of american males have eating disorders and do not even realize it. I think it starts with a body dis-morphic problem - where you think you look different than you really do. You do not have to be super skinny to have one. You can always see a doctor with questions about that. Eating disorders don't always mean anorexia and skinny. absoluetly. Yeah its called over eating. And anorexia can make you fat if you eat anything once starting it. yeah. um that person could just be starting to become anerexic or isnt that far/bad yet and if your taking about yourself then you might not ever look skinny to your self Yes you can, bulimic people are often obese yeah! Yes , of course. Usually the 'biggies' have an eating disorder too. yes eating disorders go both ways, you can eat a lot and be fat yes you can well i would say starving yourself simply to loose weight is an eatingdisorder but you are controlling it yes you can, i have had a few friends who had one and they werent skinny....its scary though Definately! yes, bulimics are often average-sized yup sure can if you or someone you love have this problem you should get/give help its very serious yes; for example you could be throw up your food on purpose and still be fat... eat healthy and exercise! YES Yes... yep even when u re fat |

I have to say that, as weird as it sounds, the more that people scold me on... it starts in two main ways. first... an event or thought makes someone fell they need to control what they eat and they just so eating(not nessasarily to lose weight) second...over time peopl... Best thing to do is calculate your Body Mass Index. It will tell you whether you are a healthy weight for your height or not. Wikipedia will have details.
