Meal plans for someone with an eating disorder? (anorexia)?

I'm looking for a type of weekly or even daily meal plan, something just to give me an idea of what to eat and how much of everything I need., I eat a lot more lighter things, rather then big pasta dishes and such. If you can help me at all or know where I can find something like this online somewhere let me know.

When recovering from an eating disorder, the meal plans have to be very specific. You have to slowly introduce food back into the body without overworking your systems. Reintroducing food too fast can lead to heart failure. That's what happened to Karen Carpenter.

See if there's a free clinic in your area with a staff nutritionist. Please don't take the advice of anyone who posts their supposed "expert" diet plans.

I would start drinking plenty of water and start with bread work your way to potatoes and maby get into more food try to spend a couple days on each food. im not a perfessional so my advice might not be that great.
