Maybe..if you obsess about your weight and body image too much. To lose weight the healthy way, you have to combine healthy diet with exercise. Diet and fitness are essential in keeping the weight off. Firstly, you have to eat! Take in no less than 1200 calories a day so that you're body won't go into starvation mode. Eat small portions of 5-6 meals a day and drink lotsa water. If you starve, you'll gain the weight back because your metabolism rate is slow and your body is using protein to conserve energy. Then incorporate exercises like walking, running, dancing, pilates, yoga or any sports to stay active! If you like cheering, go ahead! It's a great sport, but remember that you need to eat to have sufficient energy to move on in your life. DON'T STARVE and chuck those mirrors! Don't obsess too much because i bet you're beautiful. Good luck dear

eating disorders are not just about how much you eat or don't eat. they are about your self-image and psychological well-being. with that in mind, i would say you still do have an eating disorder and you should probably seek professional help. there are people (psychologists, nutritionists, etc) who can help you get the body you want.
