I don't have an eating disorder... right? |
My friends keep telling me I have an eating disorder but I don't think so. I wish I could say you're right, but it sounds the complete opposite. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eating_diso... Mandy Said it perfect I would I could tell you the same thing. You're not going to gain any weight if you add that one meal back in. As long as you burn the calories you're gaining, you'll be fine. However, you do need some calories. You have a healthy weight for your height. I'm 5'6" and I'm 115 lbs, so I can tell you that you're healthy. You need to be eating at least 2,000 calories a day, not 800. And you don't need to lose weight at all. You're perfectly thin. Eat meat and vegetables again. Add in that one meal. Burn the calories you intake. But keep some of the calories you intake. |

I wish I could say you're right, but it sounds the complete opposite. It sounds like you have exercise bulimia (going to the gym excessively to burn calories after you eat). In addition to ... I had bulemia for about 6 months and then i became anorexic for the second time after christmas this year. Luckily for me i got help from a really close person before it was too late, but i find it... I would talk to a doctor before I did anything because you could mess up your metabolism more. ...Maybe..if you obsess about your weight and body image too much. To lose weight the healthy way, you have to combine healthy diet with exercise. Diet and fitness are essential in keeping the weight ... It sounds more like you have gotten some sort of medical problem. You shouldn't feel sick or headachey when you eat. You might want to go to a doctor and see if they can help you with that. I am 15 and 5' 9.5" I am overweight and I know that I need to lose weight. I weight 170 pounds. So I wanna say no you are not fat. I had an eating disorder. That sounds somewhat like the ... Just don't eat less all the time, just keep on eating like you use to and you'll be fine again. ... |
