Please help. eating disorder issuse.?


hiya. This is quite hard so please bare with me. For most of my adult life, I have had eating problems. I've always had those little voices niggling away. I've always felt over weight, but I've never gone so far as to say I have an eating disorder. This year has probably been the hardest. I have been suffering with depression (alone) and havent been out much. I'm always so down about my weight, and was convinced I'd put on at least 2 stone.

I have a fear of weighing scales and have avoided them for 2 yrs, but something made me get on them the other day and I found out I weigh little under 6 and half stone.

I took a picture of myself and cried my eyes out when I'd realised what I'd done to myself.

I've thought about goin to the dr's before, but I've always thought they'd laugh because I'm not that small.

I'm now 25 years old and 5 ft 2 inches.

please, any advice on how I could talk to the dr? I walked in yesterday and walked straight back out..

im doubt that doctors would laugh at you... even if you were 500 pounds and had a eating disorder....

im 15 and i always think im fat...i recently was on a diet.... ya i lost 5 pounds in 5 days but it was sooooo hard...

i have always admired people who had eating disorders... i know that sounds horrible but its true...

but ya don't worry.. go to the doctor and get help....

u need to talk to ur dr. they will not laugh at you. Tell tham what u posted on the internet, here, and i am so very sure that they will help u over come ur disorder and put u back on the right track.

Be more specific, what kind of eating disorder you have. If you are only 25, you must be very lucky because in that relatively early age you already aware on your weight. I met many people who already more that 50 but still don't care about their over weight or obese body.

To learn healthy life style mainly in healthy, accurate and balance nutrition is not difficult, easy and enjoyably to follow. I think you just have not the suitable concept that contain simple and easy to follow.

Love your self, life is beautiful. Be gratitude on everything you already have. Millions of people around the globe who live in very miserable conditions but they still be happy.

You have a computer that connect you with the world. You have many uncounted things that you may not aware how fortunate you are. Be grateful, keep smiling, be happy and the most important thing maintain feel good. If you have just a little will to learn about healthy eating you will solve your problem. It is just a matter of time. Be patient.
