Coworker... Please Help... Eating Disorder?

I have been working at my job for about 8 months now and I have become really good friends with one of my coworkers. I have been suffering from anorexia for 12 years and was doing really good until recently. The past two months I have relapsed and have lost some weight. Well my coworker has noticed and she tells me to eat and has told me not to get an eating disorder. I dont know if she may know already but I dont know what to do. I do trust her and I do value her friendship but I do not want everyone else who works with us to know. Please help. Her comments do help sometimes, but mostly they make me upset and I do not want this to put a strain on our friendship.

I think she already knows what is going on, she mentioned today that she knows I am hiding something but she does not want to push me about it. I wish it would all go away and I did not have to worry about it. I know in time I will be fine and will resume eating normally again. I do not want this to ruin our friendship.

you should have a sit down private talk with her.. If shes a true friend then she'll understand and maybe even help you out on the down low
