but i keep going into denile
so then i cant ask for help
what do i do?

cause my family is really messed up I am so very sorry that you have this in your life. I've had severe health problems in the past so I do know what suffering is like. I just prayed for you and I will put in prayer requests at my church and other churches. Some things in life are very difficult to handle without Jesus. He WILL come through for you if you go to him. I'm really not sure exactly sure what you need because I'm not experienced in this area. I can do is give you tips about nutrition. I am not a nutritionist but eating healthy is pretty common sense. The food pyramid is a good place to start although eating a butt load of bread all the time every day isn't good.
It's good to limit stuff that's bad for you like fried stuff, sugary foods, drinks with sugar like fruit drinks (instead eat fruit), sodas, and caffiene. If this is all that you have to eat at the time than it's completely ok to eat whatever is available. I'm just giving you basic common sense guidelines to go by so that your not feeling bad.
Food from a convenience stores and fast food is bad for you. Instead if you can, pack a healthy lunch to take to school with fresh fruit (not canned or snack packs because they have a lot of sugar) fresh veggies like celery sticks, carrot sticks, salads (they have pre made salads in a bag at the grocery store. Iceburg lettuce has no nutruitional value but lettuce that is green does), cucumber, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, red bell pepper, etc. You could even take your favorite salad dressing for your veggies and salad.
Whole grains like whole wheat bread or noodles, brown rice (i luv brown rice), brown rice cakes (those crunchy round flat things) etc. It's best if the package says "whole grain" on it.
Protien from meats and eggs are of course really necessary each day. Just try to not eat a lot of beef each week because it's difficult for your body to digest. I'm not saying take it out of your diet because it is good for you just bad if your eating it all the time. Fish is really good for you. Fish with scales is the healthiest.
I'm not saying that you have to eat this way I'm just saying don't forget about eating healthy because it will help with a lot of things including stress and depression.
Water is a must. Bottled water is best. You should drink at least half your body weight in ounces each day throughout the day. In other words if you weigh 90 pounds then you should drink at least 45 ounces a day or more. There are 8 ounces in 1 cup. 45 ounces divided by 8 ounces = 5 cups or 2 1/2 to 3 large glasses of water. This is a minumum. Of course if you feel like drinking more cuz your thirsty then please do so. I wanted to tell you about water cuz its one of the healthiest things you can do. Some people don't even drink water AT ALL! That boggles my mind. The last thing I'd tell you about water is to not dring a whole bunch all at once unless your thirsty of course. What I'm saying is you shouldn't drink 3 glasses of water all at once just to get it out of the way.
It would be good if you could limit stressful people and situations like video games or stressful movies. Stress plays a part in eating disorders. Try relaxing stuff like books, peaceful movies, peaceful friends, etc.
I really want you to get help because this makes coozi so super sad. Please go to a counselor at your school or talk to an adult that you know will care like your coach or favorite teacher.
You might be unhappy because no one really cares that much about you in your life or doesn't have time to even give you a hug. If you find a good non denominational church there will be plenty of friends there your age that will give you more hugs than you'd ever need. I'm being completely honest with you. They will care about you. Churches have changed a lot these days. They're actually a lot funner than you might think. The youth groups at churches rock out to music you like. Church youth groups aren't all nerdy and boring these days because they know what people your age like. If you don't fit in right away just keep going back because it may take a little time for them to get comfortable with you and you with them. Then again you could get the crud hugged out of you the first day lol.

The sooner you start treatment for this, the better your chances of beating it.
This is a really serious disease - people can die from it.
