Eating disorder stories-I need help? |
i think i have an eating disorder can you share you're stories with me to inspire me to get over it? Yeah i would say you probably do have an eating disorder. They are not really worth it. I have gone days/weeks without eating... i wouldn't call it an eating disorder. i would call it image obsession. although this probably isn't what you want to hear.. i answered one of your questions before i don't think you need to loose weight most fhm models are your BMI. you know that? you have an image problem. Its a mean thing to do, but for a week or something look at all the people who look worse than you instead of the people that look better than you. add it up see how many people your thinner than. if u dont wanna die then eat |

Normally a therapist likes to get to know their patients first to establish trust... so it really depends.
