EATING DISORDER!??! help please? |
Hey Well I don't starve my self and I eat healthily. I go eating disorder place because I worry about my weight because they said I have poor body image. I know, but I think Im skinny just not enough. They said I am thin! But like... i wanto be thinner and thinner and I am just never okay with myself. Its like I feel bad about something so I have to feel in control of something like my body....... any help or advice pleas? no.... but i really do eat and i have a food plan. You have an eating disorder. All I can tell you to do is keep going to the eating disorder place and take what they're saying to heart. They'll help you build a healthy body image. I am 5'2 and 113 pounds and I am pretty small.. |

Normally a therapist likes to get to know their patients first to establish trust... so it really depends. All ethical... they can't force you to do anything you don't want to do. however, i'm not sure if you're a minor. i would assume it's like planned parenthood and they won't tell ... well my phyciatrist also thinks i have an eating disorder but i haven't told her i haven't had a period in like 6 months! cause im enjoying it! sometimes anorexia can only cause irregular... |
