i dnt think i am as thin as the friends in my class some off thenm eat propaly and are skinner that me the only part of me i beleive is too skinny is my stomach please give me ur advise?

I bet you should see some counselors that are specifically trained in eating disorders and are very committed to helping people recover.

You don't have to stop excercising but you'd have to eat more for your excercise.
The fact that your stomach is too skinny means you've shrunk it by eating too little, so it needs to be enlarged, which means eating more than when your full to stretch it... kinda
You need to get your periods or you get osteoporosis later on in life. Seriously.
Try some weights to tone up, don't worry about getting bulky- it would take a lot to do that, especially as you're a girl.

accept who you are or you'll never be happy. stop attention seeking, worrying your family by a self inflicted illness is selfish and you will only get boobs if you eat.

If you feel you can ask your dad to take you to the doctors then yes, definitely. For your age and height you don't sound dangerously underweight, but this is obviously taking a lot of your time and energy. Your periods stopping isn't a great sign either (although they can take a year or two to settle down - I don't know when you started.)

But a decent GP will be able to talk you through all of this and recommend a course of action.

Try to give up counting calories - concentrate on eating good healthy food - a balance of whole-grain carbs, enough protein, a little 'good' fat (rich in omega-3 - e.g. in salmon and tuna), and plenty of fruit and veg - as well as the occasional sweet treat just because it's delicious.
