"Apparent eating disorder"....? |
Recentley, my appetite has dropped, but i still feel i eat healthily. I never make my self sick, or starve myself, but toher people swear i do it deliberatley, when i really don't. just eat when you are hungry. Maybe start eating high calorie foods that ares till healthy like red meats... if you eat meat, whole grain breads, etc. Have you spoken to your doctor? Sometimes we go through phases but it's always better to check and have a blood test to see if everything is ok. you may feel healthy but it will be dissolving the less you eat. |

Go out and get a job, volunteer or just take care of your self and exercise and eat he... strange, not in a bad way though... i'm not sure what it could be, but it sure sounds like a mental ilnes, something that has to do with phobias.. i use to do something strange with my mouth a... Try going to a hypnotist. They can totally change the way you think in like 2 - 5 sessions. I've looked into it myself, and it seemed safe and all, but with kids it's hard to go to an app... Try some online help.. I guess it can help you contact some expert counselors regarding eating disorders ...You don't have an eating disorder ... |
