"Apparent eating disorder"....?


Recentley, my appetite has dropped, but i still feel i eat healthily. I never make my self sick, or starve myself, but toher people swear i do it deliberatley, when i really don't.
My mom keeps nagging me to eat, and won't let me leave the house without eating, i feel like she's force feeding me.
I went through a stage before when i didnt eat alot at all because i was upset over things, but i havent done that ever since, and i wasnt even ill then. My appetite's just not as big as it used to be.
What do you think cause its really getting to me now what people think because i feel im healthy!

just eat when you are hungry. Maybe start eating high calorie foods that ares till healthy like red meats... if you eat meat, whole grain breads, etc.

be urself... people act on first instinct, and only you know what happens when ppl aren't around.

Have you spoken to your doctor? Sometimes we go through phases but it's always better to check and have a blood test to see if everything is ok.

Try to eat the right foods and not snack too much. Exercise and eat health and don't ever think of food as a bad thing (unless it's chips and fries!).

And make sure you get the vitamins and minerals your body needs everyday.

you may feel healthy but it will be dissolving the less you eat.
You need to eat your daily balance of nutrients to be healthy, and if you are not eating much it can lead to illness.
