Eating disorder and belly fat help =/?

I have been dealing with eating disorders for the past four years, I go back and forth between barely eating one year, then binging and purging the next. All the binging and purging I've done has caused a lot of fat to be stored on my stomach =( I have so much. The rest of my body is normal, I think. Can anyone in the same boat as me give me some answers on how to loose all that belly fat? Can it all go away, or have I really messed up my stomach for good?

Well, I've never had bulimia, but I had a similar problem after recovering from anorexia.
You can help to get rid of it through reducing your consumption of salty foods, processed carbs, carbonated beverages, and sugary food. Also dramatically increase your intake of fruits and vegetables, foods high in fiber, and yogurt - one with active cultures (like Activia or Yoplait) help to regulate your digestive system.
Besides fruits and veggies, I would recommend avoiding acidic foods - your stomach's acid is probably a little out of whack, and it would be wise to give it time to adjust. You may want to take a Tums tablet every now and then as well.
If none of this helps, you can always do it the old-fashioned way - tummy toning! Hula hooping, squats, and crunches are the best. :)
Good luck!

there is hope you can fix it but instead of binging and all that just work out because you can get the skinniest possible and still have belly fat so the goal is to eat healthy and workout and plenty of water will help too goodluck and remmeber weight isnt that important in life you need to just be healthy this is coming from someone who has experienced this and knows alot about it goodluckkkkk god blesss you

You have to make an important decision. Quit going back and forth as you call it, and make up your mind to live healthy.
Remember all what you do now may have consequences in your future. You might want to look into a program developed by a professional personal trainer and nutritionist, who helps people get in shape and loose inches where it counts. His name is Mike Geary. Go to my Blog and download his program and you have a healthy plan for your life.
To your health, and good luck
