Eating disorder or worse?

Okay for about the last month I haven't ate that much because it feels like I will throw up afterwards. I told my mom and she says nothings wrong. My dad says it cause I don't chew my food good enough, which I do. So I don't know what else to do. I don't want to tell any other family members because they are way to over protective and will screams and blah blah blah. So what should I do? I can't go the hospital or doctor by myself because I am only 13 and don't have any friends that would take me. Is there any over the count crap I could take? Something I am doing incorrect? Or what? I am at a total loss and I am loosing weight. My boyfriend and best friend are really scared and they too can't do much. So please help me.

Low blood sugar - hypoglycemia - can affect your appetite and make you feel like throwing up. Eat small snacks halfway in-between meals. Make sure that you have some meat with the snack. Tuna, salmon make the best snacks for low blood sugar. Hardboiled eggs can be substituted for meat.

Does someone in your family or a friend have a blood sugar monitor? Check before you eat. You should be between 75 - 100.

E-mail me back if this does not work.

I'm going through a similar situation myself... I think you get stressed or very nervous about eating because you think your going to throw up.. my suggestion is see a DR asap. tell your parents.. this is very important, and for now... buy some liquid form of cough medicine like Robitusin... that will actually help you not to throw up.. It helped me a lot!!! Good luck and hang in there... God Bless...

You need to tell your other family members if your parents will do nothing about it cause there can be a virus in your system. It sounds like something my friend had and she was losing weight and it can get bad. Let people know about this because if you dont it can get worse.

if mentally u did'nt feel like to eat bec u thought that u will get fat, then i guess u are not eating disorder. by the way, if u are over stress it might happan too, that happened on me, i lost 5lbs in a month. go to see doctor if thing get worst. only they can help u.

look in the mirror and tell urself you are the most beatifull person u ever seen

not so much an eating disorder, hun.
i have the same as you, but that's *because* of my eating disorder. if you've never starved yourself on purpose before then this isn't going to be related.

it could be one of many issues, my friend is anemic and she had what you're going through before she learned about her problems.

your best bet is the doctor, if there is a walk-in clinic around, or even ask your parents to take you to the doctor because you're worried and just want to make sure everything is okay.

i don't believe there is anything over-the-counter.
