I think I have an eating disorder but I don't want help. What now? |
****! There's so much more to this, I don't know. I want help, I want to think like a normal person, but I don't want to gain weight. I feel trapped. Probably the most important thing you can do is to let someone know how you feel. Your best friend, your parents, somebody. This will a) allow you a chance to hear yourself talk about it and you will get a better understanding of how you feel as you bounce the words off someone else, and 2) allow you to free yourself from your self-imposed trap. ok i am recovering from anorexia, so i know exactly how it feels to feel trapped. You really dont want to go down the road ive been on. Its a huge mistake. I can tell you from personal experience eat healthy and eat around 1200 calories and you WONT gain weight even without exercise. With exercise you can have as much as 2000 calories and you wont gain, you will maintain. Trust me. Also you need to get help now before you get in too deep. Hope this helps. Good Luck. |
