Thinking about purposely getting an eating disorder? (no puking though.)?

I am VERY overweight.. pretty much obese. I'm starting tot hink the only way to lose weight is to purposely not eat much anymore and drink loads and loads of water and tea....

I'm 5'5 and 145 lbs ... a big fat cow with rolls of fat and its disgusting!

first of all, your not obese. and second, if your not puking or starving yourself, i dont think its an eating disorder. eating LESS and drinking lots of water is a very good idea.

When measured on a Bmi calculator you are on the higher end of the normal range. So your weight is fine.

Please don't ever think having an eating disorder is an easy way to lose weight. I thought I was fat and started to cut down on food. All I had a day was a red bull and black coffee and I would throw that up. I would exercise non stop. It does you no good. I was admitted into hospital for 3 months. I missed the beginning of my last exam year in high school. I was told if I didn't improve I would be dead by Christmas. Eating disorders are HORRIBLE!

Diet sensibly. The best diets around at the moment are stuff like the GI diet or going to talk to your doctor about a sensible diet appropriate for you.

It depends how much you eat to be effective. If you're obviously eating a lot, cutting back would help some.

The best way I think to lose weight would be to cut off those fatty or oily foods. Get a lot of exercise (even walking straight for an hour a day would help) and drink water.

oh for petes sake.morbidly obese for u would be over 200 pounds!ideal weight formula from nursing school--100 pounds for first 5 feet of a young(under 40)womans height.then,5 pounds for every inch thereafter.so,at 5.5 ideal weight would be-125.so,ur 20 pounds overweight.thats not so bad and u can take it off in about 3 months with diet/excercise.relax,u dont exactly need gastric bypass!

as a recovering anorexic, GET A CLUE!!! You are not very overweight, try eating healthy and exercise! By the way every living person has a roll of flab somewhere, tone it up, watch your portion sizes, and eat healthy and it will come off...

eating disorders are not fun at all!
just eat healthy and exercise!!!
i don't see why people think not eating is the way to go.
and if you can't stay on a simple diet what makes you think that you can just stop eating?

oh and your weight is fine for your height

Check out this web site read over it and i am sure this will help. Has already helped many. So good luck with this and better yet it comes with a gurantee. I know you will like.

I'd say if you think you'r a "big fat cow" at your size, you probably already have one. Why don't you just eat right? Why do you want to trade one problem in for another?

you need to get some theraphy and some self esteem. 5'5 and 145 lbs is normal.

no u will gain that weight back plus you will not have fun being skinny
