Stomach hurts anytime i eat?? trying to recover from eating disorder?

my stomach hurts anytime i eat why?..i am trying to get over my eating disorder and eat but my stomach hurts so bad almost like cramps from your period but i don't get mine so it can't be that..any suggestions

it's probably because you weren't eating at one point and your body has nothing to feed off of so it's taking all the nutrients and vitamins out of what you've recently been eating...
it can also be that your metabolism is barely getting enough food in your body to start pushing your other poop out wich will be hard since it's probably been in there for a while try taking some vitamins to speed up your metabolism or just taking some advil...

When you don't eat for a while your stomach shrinks. It actually can become really small. So, when you start eating again, you'll notice that you get full extremely fast and that you hurt. It is most likely because your stomach has to stretch out and it gets crampy. It shouldn't bother you for more than a few days though. Otherwise you should really go see someone.

Eat very little and graduallly eat more to expand your stomach.
You can start off with soups and pudding... things easy to digest... and then you can go harder things to digest (:
