Whats the best way to talk to a friend about an eating disorder? |
I am pretty certain my friend has one...not a really raelly serious one, but still one. Tough one. Explain, firmly, that you are her friend, but that her eating patterns (choose your own words) are scaring the daylights out of you. Ask her if she is aware of how she seems to you and others. Eating disorders kill. |
