Whats the best way to talk to a friend about an eating disorder?

I am pretty certain my friend has one...not a really raelly serious one, but still one.
I tried to talk to her already, but i wimped out of actually getting totally into the conversation.

Any ideas?

Tough one. Explain, firmly, that you are her friend, but that her eating patterns (choose your own words) are scaring the daylights out of you. Ask her if she is aware of how she seems to you and others. Eating disorders kill.
There really isn't much else you can do, unless....she gets drastically worse, then do whatever you can, notify parents, have a friend intervention, do what you must to get her some help before she dies or severely damages herself.
