i guess i just want perfect skin and a perfect body lol
i still want to be healthy though

First of all, please don't try to lose any weight. You are already under weight.

Second of all, a vegetarian diet can be very healthy. Most people eat too much meat and not enough fruits and veggies. Just make sure you eat a balanced diet.

And third, dairy may be linked to acne. Here's one source (http://cookingresources.suite101.com/art... ), and if you Google "acne cause dairy" you'll find a lot more. In my personal experience, it's a bit too soon to say for sure, but my acne started over 6 years ago when I went away to college, and I started eating whatever I wanted, which meant lots and lots of cheese. Now I am transitioning to veganism, and in the last week I have had no milk or cheese, and no new pimples. Like I said though, it's a little too soon to tell, since I've heard it takes 6 weeks to get out of your system.

If your worried about clearing up your face - ask your doctor for some help. They have medication that will take care of that problem quickly.

Considering how much you say that you weigh - why would you want to lose weight? Thinner is not always better. Getting over an eating disorder is not easy. I know - I was 5'3" and 85 pounds.

I would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you talk to your doctor about your concerns and get a well balanced diet and exercise program from your doctor vs. attempting to make-up some sort of weird diet on your own - that you admittedly don't even know if it is healthy.

Get your doctor to refer you to a dietitian/nutritionist to help you set up a healthy eating plan that takes into consideration what it is that you like to eat - as well as suggestions for things that you need to eat.

You only have one body - treat it the best that you can and don't be fooled into thinking that trying things such as your thinking of doing is really a well balanced meal option that is going to feed all your body tissues and muscles.

YES SWEETIE THAT IS NOT HEALTHY. START BY EATING 5-6 SMALL MEALS...EX: BREAKFAST, SNACK, LUNCH, SNACK, DINNER... ADD GOOD CARBS, WHOLE GRAIN BROWN RICE, WHOLE GRAIN PASTA, WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL, OATMEAL... PROTIENS....TURKEY, CHICKEN, FISH, TUNA...EGG WHITES... GOOD FATS, PEANUT BUTTER, ALMONDS...FIBER...FRUITS, VEGGIES... DRINK LOTS OF WATER GREEN TEA STAY AWAY FROM SODA, JUICES, SUGAR WATER...BTW... TRY NOT TO EAT FRUIT NOR CEREAL AFTER 3PM.. TO MUCH CARBS AND SUGAR.....GOOD LUCK... OH... ALSO WKOUT 35-45 MIN OF CARDIO 3 DAYS OF WEIGHT TRAINNING...5-6 DAYS A WEEK...

no that wouldn't be to to horribly bad. it would be nutrient deficient though. . you should try to eat a little grains and daires . all the parts of the food group are good for a healthy diet. you should also try adding something like weat thins and yogurt or something. you could also workout in a lot of different ways like walking, jogging, gym, exercise video, dance exc. but remember the more you work out the more you have to eat. it doesn't have to be unhealthy though, just a sandwich or something before you workout to give you more energy. in the long run, it sounds like you will be doing great and healthy. good luck!!

You can go on a vegetarian diet but its important to get the nutrients and proteins you need. Peanut butter won't do that. Try looking up high-protein meals like vegetarian lasange and beans. Exercise will definately help and while it will keep you fit 30minutes of exercise daily will make you feel better about yourself. I never believed it but trust me exercise helps. Also find some other sources of calcium also. Good luck :)

Yes, talk to your doctor about the best method for you to loose weight and clear up your skin in a healthy matter. Your doctor will put you on a diet that will have you loosing the most amount of weight as fast as is healthy for your body. He/she might even put you on a acne medication to help you. You may have a thyroid problem which would cause both of your issues and you can be tested for that while you are there.

Don't be so absessed with your weight. You will always be miserable if you are constantly thinking about what you can and can't eat. As long as you take care of your body and eat healthy foods then you will be great. Don't focus all of your attention on your outward appearance. I know you want to stay "you're weight" but I'm sure you're still growing and maturing and that may not even be an answer. Good Luck though! Just eat healthy

the food you eat doesnt affect your acne. you need to eat a balanced diet, and it is not good to get nutrients strictly from pills or from one source. while fruits and veggies are good for you, too much of anything is bad. eat a healthy balanced diet and work out 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes and youll be in good shape. anything less and youre not taking care of your body the way you should.

HELL NO, that would be healthy. What you need to do is make sure you get protein, not just from peanut butter but from other things like various kinds of beans, as well as nuts. Fruits and vegetables are the best things for you. Don't listen to anyone who says it's necessary to eat meat. I know MANY very healthy vegetarians (I'm not one myself, but I know a few and they'll all outlive me I'm sure).

well, I'm not gonna preach to you and say it would be REALLY bad. But you know it wouldn't be good. I'd probably do it because when it gets down to it, measures like that really work. You could definitely survive. But I wouldn't advise doing it for a long time because eventually you will become nutrient deficient. But for a little while if it's what you really need to make you feel better about yourself, it could so be done. good luck.

you need more of a combination of foods. If you mean clear up acne you just need to stay away from greasy foods. Trust me you will not last the rest of your life eating peanut butter. You will eventually have some french fries or something.

yeahhh thats not good like
your still probably kinda young and you could gain a few pounds like just eat a balanced diet and exersize like 30mins a day and you will be perfectly fine like your really skinny

Yeah that would be bad, eventually after time you will end up like me. At least they are letting me do an all day out patient treatment so I can sleep in my own bed rather than the hospital.

i think you're pretty ignorant for wanting to lose weight at a VERY petite 5'6'' and 113. be happy with who you are and love yourself!

if u want to get rid or ur acne, try drinking more water and
(i swear this works) use sea salt to wash ur face.
try it!!

Food doesn't help/hurt acne problems. but i think only eating fruits and veggies would hurt you.

Not at all. It would be very beneficial in fact.

You don't have to drink milk for calcium i know because im highly alergic to it! Drink soy its healther and tastes better if you ask me. Go veg and eat lots of legumes and beans and fresh vegies and fruit. Stay away from processed foods ie. quick and easy microwave food and fast food. Keep track of what your eating so you know your getting enough of everything.
Do regular exercise like going for a walk around the block for 15mins each day. Wash your face regularly to keep it clean and moisterize. If you dont want to go veg then just eat less red meat. Keep away from fatty foods such as milk, cheese, red meat and junk food. Eat lots of leefy green vegies! Don't wear heavy make up and always remove make up after wearing.

Speak to your doctor and ask for advice on food you should be eaten to keep your body healthy and good luck!

P.s dont listen to those that say eating only veg and fruit is unhealthy most of them dont eat enough veg and fruit your suppose to get 3-5 servings a day most of them dont make it to 2! Eat a varity of veg fruit beans legumes and grains and you'll be just fine!
