I think my friend has an eating disorder...?

okay so yesteray my best friend who I've known since I was 4 so I've known her for about 11 years asked me to log on to her IM to figure something out. While I was logged on a little wndow thing at the bottom said she had a new message from Yahoo! Answers. I was curious so I looked an it was about her weight and feeling fat so I got kina worried and looke at more of her questions to see if she was okay...come to find out in the past year (maybe longer) she has have issues with bulimea, anorexia, she's taken laxitives (I'm not really sure what that's called) and she's been on multiple crash diets.
I was shocked and scared so I called one of my good friends who knows her but isn't too close with her and he said that I need to talk to her about. I agree but I'm scared that this could end our friendship because I know how mad she gets. She is coming over tomorrow and staying until Sat so I plan on confronting her sometime in those 4 days.....

...Can you please help me with what to say to her so that this hopefully wont end our friendship?

I also found out that she's been keeping little things from...nothing important but you'd think that she'd tell her "best firned" that she's had her first kiss...I found that out yesteray too.
I feel like I can't trust her anymore and I don't even know who she is.

...no matter how your confrontation will end....the friendship you have for so long can't replace the weight issue...
..be more open and be a listener...advise from the heart...
..to lose your trust is difficult for it is one fundamentals of building a firm friendship...i just hope it won't end up just like that..

alright in the next 4 days before you go to bed..be like omg you are so skinny i love your legs or something and then start to get into a converstaion..then ask her and tell her your getting help..if she says no then say you could die...(right now go on google an type in the affects of her disease because that is a disease)...if she still fights do it anyway and get help...i know you dont want to lose her but either way you could ..if you dont tell then she could die and if you do she could be healthy again but not be your friend...omg i dont know if this will work but i really hope it does....bless her

Just casually bring it up, don't make it a huge deal. Don't ask her to stop or anything, unless she ASKS you for help, do not offer it.
If that's the way she wants to take her body, then let her. She probably knows what she's doing, to an extent, but until you guy's are older, you won't understand the complexities of those types of body health problems.

But yea, just be casual, talk to her, ask her what's up with these changes, that you just so happen not to have been told about.

But anyways... Good luck, and adieu!
