Teenage Question: Parents/Obesity/Eating Disorder?

Hi, i'm having some sort of a problem. Some days i get up feeling starved, but most days i wake up feeling full and bloated even if i haten eaten much the day prior. I know i have an eating disorder, I'm cutting down my meals to just one plate/saucer a day, and maybe a couple of snacks. I try and talk to my parents about this and they keep saying that i need to get my fat but up, and that i'm the laziest person in the house and that they can run faster than me even with their old age. And it makes me feel horrible, because i already see myself fat (i'm 5'8, 230ibs btw) and by them telling me this only makes me want to starve and eat even less more! The reason i really don't excersise anymore is because we live in a neighboorhood where the only school is one with a heavy black influence and the kids there don't like me and are not my type so i don't go out side to avoid confrontation! What should i do to get my life on the right track with my life and my weight and eating problem?

take a deep breath, and stop being judge mental, you might find some one who is just like you out there, and type don't put people on a list of dos' and don'ts you are selling your self short. of course not everybody and any body is going to like you but until you like yourself you are going to have a hard time.I am not say don't be safe, by all means be safe in your choices but come on you are to young to have any prejudices of any kind really since you are deal with the same issue, just not color. start by taking a simple walk, you might feel like a little jogging or how about a bike ride, go to a park, walk there. you might meet some really neat people. don't go to the extreme about everything. and Pray God answers all Prayer.

See a dietician and a doctor so they can assess wehter you need to 'fatten up' or not.

Try to eat as much as you can.
Exersize in side try to buy a treadmill... and start running.
