Help to cure a eating disorder?

I have JUST reliezed that i never feel my hunger, and I haven't in the past years either. I am 14, 92 lbs. Which I believe is pretty normal. I've tried to research solutions to this, which is called a "lost of appetite" before and they all tell me to take weight gainning pills, which I don't need if I am still almost @ a normal weight. So how do I start feeling my hunger?

*just to add. I also have major difficulties sleeping. I can be exhausted, with my eyes shutting themselves and my body still doesn't go to sleep. :| im a strange child

My answers are just based from my own observation, because I have the same problem as yours, loss of appetite. BUT, there are times I can eat like a fat man...and those times happen when: 1.) I don't stay up late at night. Whenever I get enough sleep, hunger strikes me the next day. Do you sleep on time or do you fight off the drowsiness? 2.) Apples. Apples are good appetizers for me. I always feel hungry after eating an apple. 3.) I try to eat what my mind is set to eat. Meaning, I try to eat what my stomach craves for. 3.) Inspiration. Sometimes, it really gives you the good mood to have an inspiration...a special someone...And when you are in the good mood, good appetite sets in.
