Trying to recover from an Eating disorder but i have some questions?

ok so i supose to gain weight with my eating disorder by next monday since i lost 6pounds in 9days will on a vacation..but im actually finally sorta happy like i really close to my target i weight 116 and my goal is 115 im 5'9"..but i don't want to gain weight...anyhow heres a little info..i do eat some safe food like wheat bread/cereals and fruit and some meat like light turkey or fish..and of couarse veggies but i only eat if i can exercise 3-5hrs..and this week im not suppose to exercise without someone but i did today and im wondering what will happen if i didn't improve anything by next monday?..my therapist is concern she calling my other doctors and my mom..will my mom get mad that i broke the rules..will my therapist??..does anyone else have a similar experince with an eating disorder making you dishonest

she also threaten to put me in hospital will she?..is she really serious..im not gonna died or anything so why does she say that?

If you keep that up-exercising obsessively and such, you may need to be admitted to a hospital.
Your heart and other organs may need assistance.
If I was your therapist I'd be concerned as well and would have done the same thing.
I am recovered from anorexia and bulimia nervosa, I also exercised too much.
Your life may be in jeopardy and if you keep going down this path you could die if you don't seek help.
It would be easier to get back on track if you actually Wanted help, rather than having it forced upon you.
Do you really want to live this way?

heyy i am currenlty in treatment for an eating disorder and they do make you lie but without sounding hypocritical you need to sort your proiorities out huni

your already really thin and even your target it thin so please try not to lose more weight because its just a dangerous addiction and you may think your in control but your not its the eating disorder

this girl i went to school with had a eating disorder too and she got put in the hospital when she wasnt doing what her doctors said and then she had to go to boarding school. i feel so bad 4 her and i wish i could find her but if you are not at a healthy weight they will put u in the hospital, i am sorry but if they dont they can get in trouble if you get worse
