How do you end an 'eating disorder' without gaining the weight back? |
Ive been eating 100-400 calories daily, and I lost all the weight I needed to, and am ready to begin eating regularly again. Until now, I didnt learn about how you put on alot of weight after you end your 'low calorie' diet. So, what are some ways I can slowly end this habit w/o putting on extra weight? you will gain all if not most of it back since it was mainly water weight. if you took your body fat % before and after you would find out that it did not change. whether you want to or not, your going to gain weight. |
