How do you end an 'eating disorder' without gaining the weight back?


Ive been eating 100-400 calories daily, and I lost all the weight I needed to, and am ready to begin eating regularly again. Until now, I didnt learn about how you put on alot of weight after you end your 'low calorie' diet. So, what are some ways I can slowly end this habit w/o putting on extra weight?

PS) Dont say talk to a doctor or your parents, I dont want to get anyone else envoled. Just be happy Im correcting it myself.

you will gain all if not most of it back since it was mainly water weight. if you took your body fat % before and after you would find out that it did not change.

whether you want to or not, your going to gain weight.
staving yourself like you did isnt a good idea when trying to loose perminant weight. I would suggest eating atleast 1,800 calories a day and excersize for 45 minutes.
