Beginning of an eating disorder?

I eat normally and everything, I don't over exercise, actually I don't exercise at all. But sometimes I get afraid of being fat. I have a wedding to go to in about 3 weeks, and I bought a dress. Sometimes I get scared that I'm not going to fit in the dress, or that I'll gain weight. I know in my mind that it's pretty much impossible to blimp up in that amount of time but I don't believe it. I have alot of inner issues from my past, as I was tormented a few years ago in school about my body. I'm going to see a psychologist in about a month and I'm talking to my family doctor about it tomorrow. I don't like having these thoughts.

Sounds pretty normal to me. I think all females have the previsions of clothes not being able to fit for a certain occasion.

I dont think an eating disorder, maybe just depresstion. Your doctors will be able to help.

Dont be afraid to eat as long as its healthy food, cause theres like..no way you can gain weight from eating greens. They contain fiber so you wont be able to overeat with them anyway, fiber makes you feel full.If you dont want to get fat,i suggest doing some bodyweight exercises these 3 weeks to increase your muscle a bit along with your metabolism, just to make sure ;)

having an eating disorder is one of the hardest things to over come. and by you spotting it early and talking to a doctor is the best thing to do. even if he says its unlikely for you to have an eating disorder, i want you to talk to a specialist and get advise from there.

good luck
