Stomach pain eating disorder & depression???

My daughter is 15 years old and has had horrible stomach pain all her life all the time, but muchc worse after meals. We just recently had her appendix out 2 weeks ago but her stomach pain hasn't inproved any. It's been getting to the point to where she just wont eat anything because she cant deal with the pain. We have been to numerous doctors but all the test come back negative, but there's no doubt that her pain is real. So she isn't eating anymore and when we do make her eat she go right to the bathroom and vomit it all up so it won't hurt her as bad. She has been depressed too, gotten to the point where she is cutting and burning herself. We have been to counseling but she wont talk to anybody. She also complains of being fat when she is no where near & saying she is ugly. She's a healthy weight and very pretty -- 138lbs. 5'6"-- I don't know what to do anymore. She has lost over 10 lbs. in the past month since her surgery and i'm guess from not eating too. Do you have any ideas?

so, shes purging and you know about it?
dont be harsh on her, and bring it up at a random time.
"hon, ive noticed that you have been throwing up(or if she knows the name, 'purging') after meals lately. is there something you want to talk about?"
work with her, and dont tell them family.
doing that makes it that much harder.

You need to get into more counseling and maybe family counseling. You may have to have her hospitalized until she gets under control.
