Is it turning into an eating disorder?

I am 16 years old.
i eat about twice a day.
A nature valley bar for breakfast and chunky chicken noodle soup for dinner.
I constantly worry when i eat something like cake.
And if I do, I don't eat the next day and workout a lot.
So please tell me, do you think that this will eventually lead to an eating disorder?
Be honest, do i need help?

i think it will eventually turn into a eating disorder. you no you need to learn how to execpt who you are. like looking like a super model and having the popular friends because of what you wiegh is tottally messed up. like i get where your comming from but people should exept you from who you are. .if you want to look your best then eat a normal diet not something that is hasardous to you health. you will keep the weight off if you follow something healthy and active not something life threatening.

O YA. thats SERIOUSLY wrong, dont do that to yourself. First of all, you need to eat the most at breakfast, givin that your metabolism is at its highest during that time. Then you need to eat about 4 to 5 small to decent meals throughout the rest of the day. If you workout alot, what you eat should have no effect on your weight. STOP DOING THAT, its really really bad.

sounds like it is an eating disorder...your parents havent said anything to you about it yet? if i were you i would talk to your parents about seeing a doctor about it

try eating 3 times a day

it's good working out and try having really sweet/fatty things like only once a week.

i don't think it's an eating disorder.

yeah it kinda does sound like its starting to be like a eating disorderr:/ if i were you i would talk to a doctor or some thing to see if you can get some helpp.

If you are really underweight, or you try to regurg. after you eat, or use diuretics or laxatives, then you do need help.

I think it's already an eating disorder. Yes, you need help. That's nowhere near enough food.

not eventually lead to an eating disorder...you already have one.

I think you already have one..

I think so.
