Am I on the road to an eating disorder?

People keep accusing me of being anorexic.
Im 5'2", 111 lbs, and I'm very afraid of being fat. I think im chubby now, but not fat. Im just afraid of being fat. Sometimes I dont eat for a few days, but I eat normally most of the time.

You're not chubby!!! Goodness. People these days... you're fine. Eat, though. Be confident. Dream big. You've got other things in life to worry about. Don't even talk about weight or anorexia or bulimia, you know, that stuff. Just live life and enjoy it, too. You'll be respected.

Hope I helped!! :)

You're not fat either..

The problem with eating disorders is that they are not problems that can be treated by curing the physical body. They are ailments that come from an unhealthy state of mind. A person suffering from an eating disorder has a distorted perception of his body that causes him to feel the need to change it by taking drastic changes in his eating habits.

We're our own worst critics. When I look at myself I can find all the flaws, but when someone else looks at me, they don't see the flaws, because we're our own worst critics. I wouldn't worry about what you weigh. I have a problem with eating disorders and health people who study and research these disorders. Mainly because growing up I was very sick, not with an eating disorder, but with a rare disease, and it cause me to be very pale and thin. I would eat, but not gain weight. So everyone always thought I was aneroxic. You can control what you eat and what you don't eat. I mean if you've ever had a major illness you would know how important food is to your life and body. I would suggest not worrying so much about how much you weigh. Just exercise if that makes you feel better, but don't worry what people think about you, just be yourself.
