My mom is scaring me about eating disorders?

I normally exercise everyday for 45 minutes, power walking for 4 miles. For the past few days my mom has made some comments like, "Aren't you overdoing it?" "Don't get too skinny now." Now I'm scared that I may have an eating/exercise disorder even though I don't exhibit any of the symptoms. What do I do? I'm so scared. I talked to her and told her how I felt and she said that she didn't mean any harm. She said that she knew I was eating right and everything.

I eat normally, I don't limit myself, 3 regular meals a day, I love to eat.

Sorry attempt at trolling.

your mom is just trying to protect you 1-1:30 minutes of excersise is enough dont overexert yourself BTW it wouldnt be an eating disorder it would bea bad case of oveexercising thats all DONT WORRy alot of exercise is bad but just exercise for 1 hour a day and well obviously otherwise you are healthy

Why are you scared if YOU know you're eating right? 45 minutes is a tad long- especially to go everyday. If you want to go every day, I would walk a little less or go 4-5 days/ week for your typical 4 miles. It sounds to me like your mom is concerned for a valid reason, don't over do it.

you seem fine...
although you didnt talk about your eating habits.
but if you dont starve yourself and eat right, then your fine.
you just want to keep and shape and are able to to what you do for exercise.
