Doctors or people who know alot about diets or healthy eating and eating disorders!?

Okay my first question is:
1.Do you think 300 cals a day and exercise is a sensible, healthy diet or would you say it's too low.
2.If I only eat foods that have no fat or at least 0.5 grams of fat a day is it bad? I would be consuming fruits, veggies, fat free noodles with fat free tomatoe sauce for example and even fat free sorbet and fat free cereal with skimmed milk. Is it bad too do this? (those are not the only foods I will eat)
3.doing 300 jumping jacks every morning and night as well as 3hrs of exercise from a day and walking mostly or running on the other hrs of this day. Will it burn lotsa cals and will I lose weight. Is it healthy to do this?

I have a confession to make, yes I was both anorexic and bulimic but I've been eating healthier now. I just didn't think that this diet would be too bad.:( I'm going a lil crazy right now. I am not willing to eat 1000 cals!!

If that is what you are doing (or even thinking about doing), you would be classified as anorexic, or the newer classification of anorexia-bulemia (the bulemia part is due to excessive exercising to "purge" the calories). What you are talking about is very unhealthy and dangerous. And you could possibly die from it, eventually. I suggest you talk to someone and get help. Learn how to eat a healthy diet and stop obsessing over food and your weight.

300 calories is way too low. You risk serious damage to your health. You need about 1800 to function normally.

You need fats in your diet - go for healthy fats though.

3 hrs of exercise is too much unless you are an athlete. 30 minutes is enough for most people.

NO! Get help. even by the way you are asking these questions, I can tell that you have an eating disorder because people with eating disorders always need an inordinate amount of attention. i know, i've been there myself. get help. you already know, with your mind, the answers to these questions, but your obsession is getting the best of you. get into counseling, or see your dr. or something. i'm serious. trust me. i ruined my health doing what you are doing now. the side effects are very long lasting. i'm 46 and still suffering. it's not worth it.

300 calories?!! That is starvation diet. I am a petite 5'1 and my doctor has me on a 1200- 1500 calorie diet so that I can keep from going on diabetic medicine. I am told to eat a certain amount of carbohydrates & proteins for muscle & also brain function and pretty much to stay alive. You need to talk with your Dr. and get a dietecians advice. Hope U haven't been/or started this kind of diet yet. U will be looking for serious health problems, U need some fats in your diet....Go see Dr. now

1. no its not sensible, consume at LEAST 1100, plus more if you're doing a ton of exercise
2. There are good fats and bad fats hun.
3. jumping jacks dont burn that many calories. if you're looking for calorie burning cardio do the elliptical, jogging or jumping rope. all burn at least 500 cals an hour so they're my faves.
