Eating Disorder Or Not? I Dnt Know?


My parents think that i have a eating disorder :/ i don't think i have but i admit i don't eat as much as i should, I eat when im hungry not at certain time like everyone else, should i go see the doc or see how it goes?

How much do you weigh?

Not trying to make in personal.. just wondering

Just because you only eat when your are hungry doesn't mean you have an eating disorder, do you think you are fat? Do you go days without eating? Do you throw up your food? Do you exercise loads? if yea to many of the questions then, yea you might have an eating disorder, but eating when you are hungry is fine. Don't worry

I guess it just depends on how often it is that you actually eat. If you are only eating once a day, then you might want to make yourself eat more throughout the day. The healthiest way is to eat 5 tiny meals a day (healthy food, not junk). You will not gain weight by doing this, when active.

It depends how often you are hungry. At least twice a day is probably just fine, if you don't eat regularly at meals, it's one thing, and if you're hungry at odd times of the day and just eat then, that's not a big deal. But, say you're only eating once every two days, your body wouldn't be getting the nutrition it needs to run at a full-functioning level.

It is okay, you do not have an eating disorder , you should not see the doctor your fine. Your body is hungry at diffrent times

It is fine to eat when you are hungry, how often is that?
