EATING DISORDER-guilty?

.. i am not underweight. just average..
ever since this very short phase of anorexia/bulemia...
now im like.. suffering from compulsive eating disorder.

im pretty sure i have acid reflux. and sometimes when it happens or i feel food coming up i volenterily throw it back up.

Track at school (that just started(spring)) is what kept me eating.. without feeling guilty.
but after a week of track my knee started hurting and i have to refrain myself from doing track.

Now that i cant do track. i dont know what to do.
and by the way. my moms not lettingme go to the doctor.

i dont know what to do.

Considering you are currently not participating in track practice, perhaps you could decrease your calorie consumption for the time being.

You are not exercising so therefor are not burning off how ever many calories you usually do during track practise, so in order to maintain your weight, you should eat slightly less.

Although, when your knee gets better and you start exercising again, please remember to return to your current eating habbits. If you had an Eating Disorder, you do not want to go back down that route. My girlfriend is Anorexic and it is awful.

There is a really great information website about eating disorders that I think you may want to take a look at. Here is the site, http://www.eatingdisorder.com/eating-dis... and on there you will find a lot of useful information about eating disorders, their symptoms, what causes eating disorders, etc.

On the site, there also is a toll-free helpline number that you can call, and I think you should, and you will be able to speak to a trained professional within the field, and they can answers your questions, and even help to point you in the right direction.

Hope this helps, good luck.

talk to the school nurse.
