Eating disorder, what do you do if..?

what do you do if you used to be bulimic and you told your friends after 6 months of it caus eyou couldnt deal with it and they told you to stop and you did, but then you do it again?& cant stop is this actual bulimia :s

don't worry about what your friends might think, i'm sure they will be supportive and understand that this is hard for you. but you can only recover if you truly want to - speak to a doctor and they will help you or refer you to someone who can help. it is a common disorder so they will know what to do, and please don't be afraid. your health is at risk so it's important you recover and make yourself well again. good luck, and i hope you can beat this! xx

Go talk to someone or go to a rehap center. If you continue to continue doing what you're doing, you are going to end up hurting yourself. Please go talk to the counselor or something.

I'm proud of you for talking about this. That is a big step.

Go talk to someone.

good luck!

To get real help with it you'll need to see your doctor - you'll never stop doing it otherwise - You cant switch eating disorders on & off, theyre always there with you unless you discover/treat the underlying problem.
