it can lead to diseases and problems in the future like anorexia, or obesity(depending on the problem)
kids worry too much on how they look. I understand how they feel(well kind of...hahaha ok no really! i never had that problem....or yet anyways) but either way they should accept their body and be themselves. And if they relly dont like the way they look go on a HEALTHY diet, but just dont go overboard!

Eating disorders target teenagers because they are self aware about their own bodies, and tend to focus their minds on the "perfect" bodies around them. They always think they look bad, so they focus and try to lose weight so they can look "perfect", but when they don't see their results, they start either not eating, or puking up what they ate before. Teens just are going through a rough emotional patch all together. The issue isn't as big in Australia I don't think...
