How many deaths per year from teen eating disorders?

Eating disorders are common in America 鈥?between 5 and 10 million people have them, and experts estimate that 1% of American teens have an eating disorder. That means if your class has 400 students, probably about four of them have this condition

there aren't enough as far as I am concerned - more of those fat, flithy, lazy, twinkie eating pigs should die.
"The Eating Disorders Association estimates that about 165,000 people in the UK have eating disorders with 10% dying as a result, but experts believe it could be higher."

I coudln't find a worldwide or American statistic, but imagine how small the UK is and how many deaths that is in proportion to their population. Also, since most people with eating disorders are older teens and women in their early twenties, it was difficult to find solely a teen statistic; you'll just have to assume that most of those affected and those that die from eating disorders are teens.
